Bienvenido, I’m Lucia, a Flamenco dancer based in London performing at parties and events. I absolutely love Strictly Come Dancing! I celebrate my love of the show and Spanish dance with reviews of all the Paso Doble performances on the programme. I also sometimes look at other performances that spark my imagination and excite me.
Writing about dance is weird and difficult, but as a professional performer, I find it helpful to articulate what mesmerises me about a performance. Paso Doble is the dance style most closely related to Flamenco on the programme. I hope you find my writing stimulating and enjoyable, and that it sparks inspiration and conversation.
If you have any comments, want to share your love of Strictly or would like to make an enquiry, I would love to hear from you.
For now, I hope you enjoy my writing and that you keeeeep dancing!
With the warmest wishes,
Lucia, the London Flamenco dancer
