Pilates with @melloujam_connects has accompanied my entire pregnancy so far. I’m so grateful I can train with her and her community of family and friends even though she’s in Canada and they’re in New Zealand!

Two weeks ago I took my last @ashley_showdance with @ash_nottingham for a while and had a blast! We danced Ashley’s choreography to America from West Side Story. Could there be anything more exciting and invigorating for a dancer!?!

Pina Bausch’s ‘Rite of Spring’ is one of my all time favourite pieces of dance.

Just a little before and after that made me laugh. First: performing at my sister-in-law’s wedding. Second: going to the theatre last weekend to see My Fair Lady at the Coliseum.

I’m expecting a baby this summer 🤗 so I won’t be performing professionally for a little while. I can’t wait for all there is to come!

Other than the dancing and performing itself, two big things I cherish and that give me energy in my work are discovering the UK and making my clients happy.

Today is such a beautiful day for my first wedding performance of the season. I can’t wait to once again be immersed in all the family and friends’ love and celebration vibes.

A #throwbackthursday to my birthday last week, spent in Palma de Mallorca. It was wonderful to travel and experience a change of light and air.
