I’m currently creating a unique modern dance performance act that celebrates expression, beauty and freedom. It’s an homage to the pioneers of modern dance and will bring to life Loïe Fuller’s skirt dance spectacular.
Having LOVED performing this show for the Royal Academy of Arts in early 2020, I wanted to evolve it to allow for bespoke performances at a variety of events. My personalised costume is currently being designed and tailored and I am so excited 🙂
A bespoke dance act for purposeful, imaginative events
The performance is a unique interpretation of Loïe Fuller’s iconic Serpentine, Radium and Fire Dances. It’s defined by its quest for artistic, physical and political freedom. The costume is a bespoke creation by costume designer Andie Scott that comes to life through movement and light, creating a visual spectacle and a truly unusual show that can be transformed to suit different visions through inventive lighting and tailored music.
