Dancing is a great joy. But I often find that not all guests at the events I perform at allow themselves to enjoy dancing.

Celebrating the British summer with my new hat this weekend. I hope, wherever you are, that you’re able to enjoy this summer, that you’re safe and well. ☀️🌻☔️

Finding inspiration. These past weeks have felt very intense and somewhat noisy.

I had the most wonderful week performing my Flamenco show for Cowes Week on the wonderful Isle of Wight and for my sister-in-law’s wedding, which was extra special and exciting as many of my family including my partner saw my show for the very first time.

The weather at the moment is a little bit sad and it’s ok to be frustrated about it.

I met May from @flamenco_rocks at the @feriadelondres this weekend. May has started a super exciting business hiring gorgeous authentic Flamenco attire and accessories for parties and events.

The creative process can sometimes feel lonely. And daunting. Sometimes I wonder if what I’m thinking and feeling translates to any other soul outside of mine.
