When I first did this my shoulder blades screamed at me in bewilderment, they still do sometimes. But when I breathe deeply and send my energy in their direction, this pose gradually releases tension like nothing else. If you have shoulder tension too, maybe you’d like to try it 😌 being gentle with it is the key I find.
