If you have to cancel the performance, the deposit is non-refundable. The second instalment is refundable if cancellation is made up to two weeks before the event subject to a £25 administration fee. In the extremely unlikely event, that I cannot perform, I will refund your payment and do my utmost to find a replacement. I have never had to cancel a performance!
Should I or my partner (the only other person in my household) or someone I have met develop any symptoms in the run up to a booked show, especially in the two weeks beforehand, I will let you know immediatelly. If this happens too close to the show (within two weeks), I will cancel and refund the client’s deposit payment. I expect the same of my client.
Likewise if government guidelines mean the show can’t go ahead, I will cancel and refund the client’s deposit payment minus any costs already incurred (e.g. non-refundable travel costs).
For more information about the measures I’m taking to keep my clients, their guests and myself safe in this unprecedented time, please read my page about health and safety during the pandemic.
