If you have to cancel the performance, the deposit is non-refundable. The second instalment is refundable if cancellation is made up to two weeks before the event subject to a £25 administration fee. In the extremely unlikely event, that I cannot perform, I will refund your payment and do my utmost to find a replacement. I have never had to cancel a performance!
