Last week I had the wonderful opportunity to perform the Farruca, which we had studied throughout the last year, in the end of year performance of my Flamenco school.
It’s a rare opportunity as the Farruca is usually performed by men. It’s characterised by strong dynamic shifts, intense footwork and powerful filigrana.
