I’m back. It’s weird and wonderful. I’m finding my way with working hard, performing exuberantly and living joyfully with my little family. I’ve still got to pinch myself quite regularly. It’s hard at times but I can’t believe how wonderful life can be.

I love live performance because there’s nothing quite like the energetic exchange between performer and audience. It’s a very special bond. Never to be repeated it is the ultimate living in the moment.

Feels good to be back in business! Obviously I would recommend a Spanish theme for parties, but not just because it gets me work 🤷🏻‍♀️ I do genuinely think it’s great for food and drink, decorations and music. And it’s easy to accomplish and at the same time have a great look and big impact.

Last week I returned to the stage and it felt nothing less than triumphant. The joy of performing and sharing my love of dance with my audience once again flows through my veins.

To say that I’m enjoying my maternity leave would be an understatement. I’m LOVING it. But I also can’t wait to get back to business and hope to open shop for the Christmas season 💃🏻🎄

Nearly four weeks of seeing a miracle unfold in front of our eyes and in our very own arms.

Loving this summer of London walks, theatre and museum visits and to top it all off my seventh Rolling Stones concert celebrating 20 years since my first!

Pilates with @melloujam_connects has accompanied my entire pregnancy so far. I’m so grateful I can train with her and her community of family and friends even though she’s in Canada and they’re in New Zealand!

Two weeks ago I took my last @ashley_showdance with @ash_nottingham for a while and had a blast! We danced Ashley’s choreography to America from West Side Story. Could there be anything more exciting and invigorating for a dancer!?!
